Hi, Iâm Claudia and Iâm 53.
Iâm sharing this because Iâm proud to see the new me in the mirror after stuck for two decades.
I lost 77 lbs, I was able to let go of the resentment I held toward my kids for how much weight I gained during my pregnancies (I know how awful that sounds), and I fit back into the jeans I wore in my 30s ÂĄagain!.
And no, it wasnât another âmiracle diet or do 20 hours of exercise a week. I tried every program⌠none ever worked for me.â
It was simply my new 6-second weird purple peel morning trick. Do you want to see it?

But it wasnât always like thisâŚ
For years, everything felt uphill. After my kids, my weight kept moving in the same direction⌠upward, to the point where I only wore super-baggy clothes because I didn't want people staring at my body.
I was sacrificing everything to try to be a "perfect mom" ...only to look in the mirror one day and realize there was nothing perfect about me.
Iâd work out here and there, eat âpretty healthy,â but my clothes were getting tighter every day and my head felt foggy. I guess the stress of being a mother, a housewife, a gym, work... helps.
And to make matters worse, it took a real psychological toll on me that the spark with my husband had faded, and I kept seeing him pay more attention to younger women⌠despite having sacrificed so much for him.
But like everything in life, if it can get complicated, it doesâŚ
My latest labs set off all the alarms, and my doctor told me that if I didnât lose weight and stabilize my levels, I could end up with diabetes soonâŚ
The next few days were a total low, I was desperate because I thought things were going well for me.
But then something happenedâŚ
At a family dinner, my sister-in-law who lives abroad came to visit, and we were all amazed at how incredible she looked.
Just three months after her second child, she had regained the stunning figure she had at 18.
âWhat did you do?â I blurted out.
âIt wasnât another diet. It was supporting my mitochondria,â she said.
I blinked: âMito⌠what?â
That night, he sent me a short video explaining that mitochondria are like tiny engines inside every cell; they give you energy and burn the food you put into your body.
If those engines aren't working properly, they're unable to burn food, which turns into fat that continues to accumulate every day, and everything becomes harder: moving, thinking, even resisting cravings.
What I tried
I was skeptical because Iâd already tried everything:
- Low-carb,
- Intermittent fasting,
- Paleo,
- Mediterranean,
- Whole30,
- Gym,
- Walking.
Some worked for a few weeks, but then it always came backâthe same feelings I hated: tired, chubby, unkempt... Given my mental and physical state, I decided to take a riskâand I can only thank God I did.
What nobody tells you
It turns out my problems had NOTHING to do with diet, genetics, or exercise.
The REAL problem was that my mitochondria (the part that burns fat in the body) had shut down over the yearsâand with the 6-second purple peel trick, they lit back up again.
Now, back at 147 lbs after nearly three decades, I can proudly share what happened so others can benefit from it.
My husband says âwowâ again when I walk through the kitchen, and our intimacy has become passionate again.
Even my niece is using it, and sheâs bounced back from her second pregnancy in just a few months.
Could it be perfect for you too? I donât knowâyouâll only know if you watch the video where they explain everything.
